Summary
PRP platelet activation is essential for harnessing the regenerative power of concentrated platelets. While traditional methods like calcium chloride and thrombin are widely used, LED light activation is a promising, non-invasive alternative that may offer more controlled and sustained growth factor release. The choice of activation method should be tailored to the clinical context, available technology, and patient-specific factors to maximize therapeutic benefit.
