How Does The Bio-Filler Incubator Work?

Heating

Using uniform and precise heating controls, the device triggers the thrombotic cascade. Converting the plasma into a dense fibrin matrix.

Cooling

The device then cools the PRF once you have achieved the desired viscosity, slowing the thrombotic cascade.

Stabilization

The resulting PRF will remain stable and active at that consistency for about 4 hours. Providing ample time to complete your protocol.

Three easy steps to make fully customizable and consistent PRF or HA-PRF biofiller

1. Fill your 1-3 mL syringes from the PRP sample

Using a luer-lock transfer device use the push pull method to transfer the PRP into the smaller syringe sizes from your 10 mL syringe.

2. Place syringes into the heating bay

Decide how thick you want the consistancy of your Bio-Filler/PRF to be, and heat for 3-10 minutes accordingly. The longer you heat, the thicker it will be,.

3. Move syringes into the cooling bay

Move syringes over to the cooling bay for 4 minutes. This will stop the thrombotic cascade and stabilize the consistency of your PRF for up to 4 hours.

How to prepare PRF

- Incredibly easy 3 step process

- 8 to 14 minutes total prep time (depending on your desired viscosity)

- Stable for 4 hours

How the Juventix Bio-Incubator Works

The Transformation Process:

  • The Bio-Incubator takes PRP and exposes it to uniform, gentle heat using a ceramic heating element and computerized control system.
  • The PRP will be converted into PRF in about 3 minutes - Prolonged heating further progresses the thrombotic cascade, forming a progressively dense fibrin matrix .
  • The longer you heat the PRP the thicker it will get. Note: Only heat for a maximum of 10 minutes - after 10 minutes of heating the fibrin matrix will be too dense to push through a needle.
  • Once the desired viscosity has been achieved, place into the cooling bay.
  • The cooling bay will stop the thrombotic cascade. Effectively preserving the fibrin matrix structure at the stage you made the transfer.
  • The PRF will remain stable with that viscosity for 4 hours.

Scientific and Clinical Advantages

  • Uniform Heating:
The ceramic block and precise controls ensure that all parts of the sample are heated evenly, avoiding the “hot spots” and rapid temperature changes that can damage cells and denature proteins, a common issue with aluminum block heaters.
  • Preservation of Growth Factors:
The gentle process maintains the integrity of platelets, fibrinogen, and growth factors, maximizing the anti-inflammatory and regenerative properties of PRF.
  • Enhanced Regenerative Potential:
PRF produced by the Bio-Incubator has a dense fibrin network, providing a scaffold for cytokines and growth factors and supporting longer-term tissue regeneration.
  • Versatility:
The resulting PRF can be used as a flowable injectable for aesthetics, a scaffold for wound healing, a bio-filler for volume restoration, or a dense hardened "paste" that can be used in dental/oral-maxillofacial applications.

Summary

The Juventix Bio-Incubator represents a significant advancement in PRF preparation. Its patented, computer-controlled ceramic heating and air-cooling system ensures gentle, uniform transformation of PRP into PRF, preserving the regenerative and anti-inflammatory properties crucial for superior clinical outcomes. Compared to traditional aluminum block heaters and basic centrifuge methods, Juventix’s approach is safer, more consistent, and more versatile, making it the preferred choice for advanced regenerative and aesthetic medicine.

Key Differentiators of the Juventix Bio-Incubator

  • Patented, uniform heating avoids cell damage and protein loss common in aluminum block heaters.
  • Produces a flowable, injectable PRF ideal for facial aesthetics and musculoskeletal uses, not just solid plugs for dental applications when compared to the centrifugation method.
  • Regulatory assurance with FDA, CE, and ISO clearances.
  • Validated by third-party laboratory testing for preservation of cytokines, proteins, and growth factors.
