The Juventix Bio-Incubator is a patented, FDA-cleared device designed to convert Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) into Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) through a precisely controlled heating and cooling process. Its unique engineering and regulatory credentials distinguish it from conventional methods.
Using uniform and precise heating controls, the device triggers the thrombotic cascade. Converting the plasma into a dense fibrin matrix.
The device then cools the PRF once you have achieved the desired viscosity, slowing the thrombotic cascade.
The resulting PRF will remain stable and active at that consistency for about 4 hours. Providing ample time to complete your protocol.
Using a luer-lock transfer device use the push pull method to transfer the PRP into the smaller syringe sizes from your 10 mL syringe.
Decide how thick you want the consistancy of your Bio-Filler/PRF to be, and heat for 3-10 minutes accordingly. The longer you heat, the thicker it will be,.
Move syringes over to the cooling bay for 4 minutes. This will stop the thrombotic cascade and stabilize the consistency of your PRF for up to 4 hours.
- Incredibly easy 3 step process
- 8 to 14 minutes total prep time (depending on your desired viscosity)
- Stable for 4 hours
